This once-monthly gathering in Peacock Alley invites guests to slow down midweek with a curated flight of iconic Champagnes paired with chef-crafted caviar canapés. Each canapé — from Royal Beluga with tuna poke and avocado to Royal Osetra with Boursin and cherry — is designed to highlight each Champagne selection, which rotates throughout the sessions.
