The Friday Table Wine Dinner Series at the Waldorf Astoria

Hosted inside the hotel’s private Tasting Salon, this 20-seat dinner brings guests around a shared table for a multi-course chef-driven tasting menu paired with limited-production and library-level wines. Each course is introduced by the winemaker and Waldorf’s sommeliers, inviting guests into the story behind the bottle — from vineyard sourcing and vintage variation to why each pairing was selected. Upcoming partners include Maison Albert Bichot in March, with rotating vineyards featured throughout the series.
